SOCIAL & COMMUNITY VALUE

Social Value is an integral part of everything we do within Enable. We are dedicated to leaving a legacy to the communities in which we work, developing a workforce centred around local and diverse employment. Our commitment to investing in social value and community development is fundamental to achieving our corporate social responsibility and is embedded within our key stakeholders, supply chain and partner relationships.  

Our Social Value Manager, with the support of the Enable Board, monitors the social value we generate, examines its scale, and communicates this information with other stakeholders. Together they take a tailored approach to the projects we work on, collaborating closely with each community to deliver impactful social, environmental and economic change. At Enable, we aspire to become leaders in this field and will continue to develop skills and methods to optimise social value outputs by way of social value campaigns and engagement programmes.
